Provides:
•    Free one-on-one tutoring for St. Paul K-4 students who read below grade
      level and are unable to get help elsewhere
•    Personalized lesson plans written by licensed educators
•    50-minute tutoring sessions three to four days per week with volunteer
     and professional tutors
•    Tutoring before and after school (Monday through Thursday) at
      John A. Johnson Achievement Plus Elementary, North End

  Elementary/Franklin Music Magnet, and St. Matthew’s School
•    Opportunities for parents to participate in the reading
     progress of their children through PACT
     (Parents and Children Together)

      appropriate reading level
